Order Acceptance

Cash on Delivery Only
Happy Cart Hub operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. We do not process online payments, accept credit/debit cards, or use digital wallets. The exact invoice amount must be paid in cash to the delivery courier upon receipt of the package.
Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on our platform are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may fluctuate without prior notice due to promotions, stock availability, or supplier revisions.
Product Descriptions and Imagery
We make every possible effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in color, size, packaging, or appearance may occur due to photography lighting or supplier updates.
Order Modifications
Once an order is confirmed, modifications such as changing the delivery address, product variants, or quantities may not always be possible. Requests for changes must be made at the earliest by contacting our support team before the order is dispatched.
Shipping and Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed before 2 PM EST are usually shipped the same day. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Promotional Offers and Discounts
Discount codes, seasonal offers, and promotional deals are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned. Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order at no cost before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the package leaves our facility, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order must be received and paid for in cash on delivery.

Limitation of Liability
Happy Cart Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not attempt to disrupt the website, misuse the ordering system, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with other customers shopping experience. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate order refusal and account suspension.
